Each product is made to order.  Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days and custom orders within 7-9 business days. 

Please note, once your order is shipped, Old Fashioned Designs is not responsible for delayed, lost or damage packages. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
